The Role

• Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients
• Reviewing and overseeing corporate tax compliance work
• Providing corporate tax planning and advisory services
• Supporting company reorganisations, transactions and group restructures
• Working closely with Partners on complex advisory assignments
• Identifying tax planning opportunities and adding value for clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supervising, mentoring and developing junior members of the tax team
• Supporting business development and networking opportunities

About You

• ACA / ACCA and/or CTA Qualified
• Previous Corporate Tax experience within an accountancy practice
• Experience managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate taxation
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client service
• Experience supervising or managing team members would be desirable
• Confident managing multiple assignments and deadlines
