Overview

Tax Manager Liverpool City Centre - Hybrid Available Up to £53,000 DOE I am delighted to be partnered with a highly regarded Accountancy firm based in Liverpool City Centre. An organisation who boast brilliant clients and a great working environment. This role will be predominantly based in the office, circa 3 / 4 days in per week.

This role will report straight into the Directors of the firm and you will be responsible for the overall management of the tax department. Management of a small team will be a part of this role.

You will be joining a growing organisation who have a unique business model and client base.

Key Duties
  • Completion and submission of Self-Assessment Tax Returns.
  • Monitoring and reviewing of payments due, including Payments On Account, and issuing reminders.
  • Tax planning including pensions and business asset disposal relief.
  • General tax compliance.
  • Completion of A1, W-8BEN-E and other foreign tax forms.
  • Completion and submission of forms P11D.
  • Dealing with Tax Enquiries and Investigations from HMRC.
  • Ensuring all submission deadlines are met.
  • Dealing with HMRC.
About You
  • Experience in an accountancy practice.
  • Up to date knowledge of tax legislation.
  • Knowledge of CCH would be an advantage, although not essential.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage your time and meet deadlines.
