Join our team in Geneva in the position of: Tax Advisor - Corporate Tax Law (60 to 80%) Your role: Advise and support clients in all areas of taxation affecting business life and entrepreneurs. Drafting memorandums, resolving tax disputes, ruling requests, tax due diligence, etc. Assistance in corporate law and contractual law (merger, acquisition). Close collaboration with our teams of accountants and auditors to offer an integrated and comprehensive approach to clients. Interface with notary offices and external correspondents. Follow-up on developments in current laws, particularly through the internal collaboration of our teams of accountants and auditors. Desired profile: Master's degree in Swiss law, with a marked experience in tax law. Interest in a human-sized environment, with a high level of professional requirement. Knowledge: Excellent mastery of the tax law of the canton of Geneva and experience: At least 5 years of experience in the field of corporate taxation, in fiduciary, law firm, or specialized cabinet.
