Tax Counsel - Your Role :

• Oversee the preparation and validation of tax documentation in line with Luxembourg and international regulations.
  Gain strategic oversight of tax compliance while acting as an internal expert across jurisdictions.
• Liaise with external tax advisors on structuring matters in Private Equity and Real Estate.
  Enhance your exposure to complex, cross-border transactions and high-value structures.
• Manage tax aspects of SPVs and assist with capital increases, notarial deeds, and related legal formalities.
  Contribute to business-critical structuring with clear operational impact.
• Provide guidance on international tax strategy and support AML compliance.
  Broaden your involvement across legal, tax and regulatory areas in a dynamic setting.

Tax Counsel - Your Profile:

• 4-5 years of experience, including a background as a tax lawyer followed by in-house tax advisory.
• Strong expertise in Luxembourg tax law, structuration of funds and SPV operations.
• Business-minded, detail-oriented, and capable of managing several matters simultaneously.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Law degree with a tax specialization; CCDL is a strong asset.
