Client Profile - Top Quality Practice - South Dublin

Our client is a substantial medium-sized accountancy practice based in Dublin South. They employ in excess of 45 staff and have a very wide range of clients both domestic and international.

Role: Tax Assistant

They are seeking a candidate who is progressing through AITI examinations. Working within their tax department as a member of the tax team, the role will provide a broad range of experience across all "tax headings". The department is busy and showing exceptional growth and the role offers the successful candidate great training and the opportunity to develop within a supportive and progressive environment.

Duties will include:
  • Preparation of personal & corporate tax returns
  • Review of Audit files for Tax points
  • Research to assist Tax Director on tax projects
  • Face to face meetings with clients to finalise tax returns and provide advice on issues like pensions, BES etc.

This role offers the candidate an opportunity to become involved in interesting assignments.

Candidate Profile
  • Candidates should preferably be progressing through AITI examinations
  • An accountant trained within a smaller firm, wishing to specialise in tax accountancy qualification.

The role offers an ambitious candidate the opportunity to work with a number of excellent tax professionals, in a tax department that is growing. As such, they will receive an excellent training and will be constantly challenged with new assignments.
