Job Description

Our International Direct Investment (FDI) team works with international companies investing in Ireland, helping them navigate a wide range of Irish and international tax matters.

Responsibilities

• Discuss potential innovative projects with clients to help them grow in the market.
• Provide junior staff mentoring and training to promote a learning culture.
• Bring business knowledge, innovation, and insight to create value for clients and the firm.
• Build professional network and manage client relationships to find new business opportunities.
• Embrace digital transformation and drive the adoption of evolving technologies in daily business.
• Promote risk management and compliance procedures across engagements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in tax consulting or industry.
• AITI/CTA Qualified (or qualified by experience) with a strong academic record.
• Business acumen to analyze market trends and advise clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relationship management ability to build quality, diverse relationships.
• Creative thinker capable of proposing innovative solutions.
• Enthusiastic team player and manager eager to coach and support others.
• Ambitious with commitment to personal learning and development.

• Ireland: Chartered Tax Advisor - Irish Tax Institute (preferred)
