Team Overview

Talent Transformation involves the strategic evolution of skills, capabilities, and organizational wiring to support business strategy. It's about reinventing talent, identifying critical changes, and transforming organizations' talent systems to accelerate execution, drive agility, and improve sustainability.

We partner with organizations to build talent strategies that access, create, and unlock potential through diverse talent pipelines, skills development, and creating optimal conditions for performance.

Role Expectations

In our team, you will:

  • Manage key elements of the talent lifecycle, including insights, ambitions, strategies, roadmaps, experiments, and development, supported by technology.
  • Understand how digital and AI impact the workforce and the skills and roles needed for future value.
  • Support organizations in assessing current skills, identifying gaps, and addressing them effectively.
  • Lead and deliver talent, learning, and reskilling projects with excellence, supported by technology.
  • Challenge clients to rethink work methods and behaviors for rapid results.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Talent & Skilling practice through innovation, thought leadership, and market presence.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in leading talent management, capability strategy, and programs.
  • Expertise in capability gap assessments and learning needs analysis.
  • Experience in implementing learning and reskilling programs.
  • Interest or familiarity with technologies related to reskilling, learning, and skills analytics.
  • Passion for innovation, technology trends, and leveraging data to support organizational and employee objectives.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and data analysis skills to influence stakeholders.
