Talent Strategy & Capability Lead

Dalkia UK is seeking a Head of Talent to lead the HR Talent agenda, covering Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Succession Planning. The role drives a skills-based organisation and utilises data, technology, and AI insights to build workforce capability.

This is a hybrid role with travel to London and other Dalkia offices as required. You will engage with senior leaders, design development frameworks, and lead a strategic talent roadmap for future growth.
