Role Overview

Executive search consultancy Tiro Associates Ltd is seeking a Talent Scout to source passive candidates through networking and complex internet searches. The position will entail going beyond basic sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards to engage candidates via blogs, niche social networks, trade associations, online groups, directories, alumni associations, Boolean and x ray searches on Google, and more. Tiro is a corporate member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation; all team members are qualified to REC Level 3 in recruitment practice.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Scout, you will be trained to identify and engage passive talent, conduct complex internet searches, and use advanced sourcing techniques across multiple channels. You will collaborate with the recruitment team to support client projects and contribute to a comprehensive candidate database.

Requirements

• Degree qualified or graduate calibre (at least A Level standard)
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Personable, proactive, motivated and eager to learn
• Proficient in PC software (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet applications)
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects
• Detail oriented
