3 Month Temporary Role working for this successful specialist tour operator responsible for supporting the delivery of hiring outcomes by proactively sourcing, engaging and screening talent.

Talent Partner, Responsibilities

• Proactively source, identify, and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Job boards, referrals and creative search techniques
• Support and manage end-to-end recruitment activity, from role briefing through to offer stage
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Talent Partner, Skills Required

• Inhouse recruitment experience
• Experience in recruitment, with exposure to full-cycle hiring
• Demonstrable experience in proactively souring candidates (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach)

Additional Information

• Hybrid with the offices in central London
• Paying up to £20p/h depending on experience
• Working Mon - Fri
