Talent Operations & Onboarding Specialist (UKI)

QinetiQ Limited is seeking a role focused on end-to-end UKI recruitment and onboarding with strong governance. You will work with internal stakeholders and the RPO to provide expert guidance on hiring, retention, and talent strategies, including contractor governance and IR35.

The role emphasises data-led decision making, documentation, and compliance, collaborating across Supply Chain, HR, and IT teams to deliver efficient onboarding readiness and smooth candidate experiences.
