Talent Onboarding Specialist

Peabody in London is seeking a Talent Coordinator to join the Group Support Services team. You will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new colleagues, ensuring a smooth, compliant and welcoming start from offer to joining.

The role is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027, offering a hybrid work pattern with two days onsite per week and a standard 35-hour week. Candidates should be highly organised, customer-focused and capable of building strong stakeholder relationships.
