Talent Manager / LinkedIn Recruitment Specialist

Location: South Dublin (Hybrid - 3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH)

Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 + Pension + 25 Days Leave

THE COMPANY:

Here at BMS Performance, we continue to grow our Irish operation across multiple specialist divisions including construction, engineering, sales, medical, life sciences and professional services.

As our business continues to scale, we are looking to hire a Talent Manager / LinkedIn Specialist to support our consultants by building high-quality talent pipelines, headhunting passive candidates and ensuring a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

THE ROLE:

This is a process-driven, administration-heavy talent acquisition role, focused on identifying and engaging top talent across multiple sectors. You will work closely with our consultants and management team, using LinkedIn Recruiter licenses, AI sourcing tools, automation platforms and our AI-powered CRM to identify, engage and pipeline candidates for live and future assignments.

  • Headhunting candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital platforms
  • Building and managing talent pipelines across multiple industries
  • Booking and confirming candidate interviews for consultants
  • Conducting candidate outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn messaging
  • Managing candidate records and keeping our CRM fully updated
  • Writing professional outreach messages and email campaigns
  • Creating and posting job adverts across multiple platforms
  • Supporting consultants with market mapping and talent intelligence
  • Using AI tools and automation to improve sourcing efficiency
  • Ensuring all candidate communication is professional, polished and timely

This is a highly organised role where attention to detail and professionalism are absolutely critical.

THE PERSON:

We are looking for someone who is organised, polished, professional and highly process-driven. You could come from recruitment, administration, executive support, customer service, talent acquisition, internal HR, hospitality management or another professional environment where organisation and communication are key.

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Strong written communication, email and phone etiquette
  • High attention to detail
  • Confidence speaking with professional candidates over the phone
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional, polished and proactive approach
  • Experience with LinkedIn, CRM systems or candidate sourcing is advantageous but not essential
THE PACKAGE:
  • Base Salary: €30,000 - €35,000
