About the role

As Talent Administration Coordinator, Europe, you'll play a key role in continuous improvement, supporting and streamlining HR processes that shape the employee experience. This is a dynamic and collaborative role, ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and communication and utilising their strong organisational skills. You'll work closely with recruiters, HR teams, and hiring managers to ensure smooth operations across the talent lifecycle-from hiring requisitions and interview logistics to onboarding and training coordination.

About you

You bring a passion for Talent, HR and a proactive mindset. You're organised, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of your work. With strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, you're ready to support cross-functional teams and drive improvements in how we attract, onboard, develop and retain talent.

Your skills also include

Experience in HR or business administration ideally within a shared services environment.

Fluency in English and at least one additional European language.

Familiarity with recruiting, onboarding, talent management or learning & development processes

Strong computer skills and experience of working with ATS and HR systems

A friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented approach

Confidence to work autonomously and prioritise effectively

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
