What you'll do:
- Hire the future talent of Amoria Group - you'll be responsible for attracting and hiring your own colleagues
- Take ownership of the full recruitment process, from first contact to offer stage
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential candidates through active sourcing
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our values and culture
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver the right talent
- Be the face of Amoria Group to potential hires, both online and in person
What we're looking for:
- Fluent in Dutch or German
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
- Strong communicator - confident both in person and over the phone
- Proactive mindset - you don't wait for candidates to come to you
- Self-motivated and driven, with a genuine passion for helping people grow
- Able to work on-site with the team in our Amsterdam office
