Job Description
About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and people focused Talent & Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a positive colleague and candidate experience for UCL's Advancement team.

This is a rare opportunity to gain a real breadth of experience and knowledge across Talent Attraction, Talent Development, Culture, Engagement, Wellbeing, and Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB). You will provide essential operational and project support across these areas, working closely with colleagues to help bring our Talent & Engagement Strategy to life.

This role would suit someone looking to build a career in Talent, Organisational Development, or Culture and Engagement.

We are happy to consider applications to work on a part time/flexible basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE - equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro rata).

This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site.

Interviews are intended to be held on 19 August (1st round) and 27 August (2nd round).

About you

Passionate about people, culture and engagement, you will be highly organised with strong attention to detail. You will bring experience from HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement or a similar people focused environment, and will relish the opportunity to build positive relationships and make a meaningful contribution to working at UCL Advancement.

We welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and experience drawn from sectors outside of Higher Education.

If this sounds of interest we encourage you to apply to join our collaborative and supportive team, where you can further develop your career in Talent and Engagement.
