Charles Tyrwhitt is seeking a Talent and Development Partner to build organisational capability by ensuring colleagues have the skills, knowledge and development opportunities needed to meet current and future business goals.

You will design and deliver training content, measure impact, support succession planning and promote career progression, working with managers and stores across the UK to deliver a consistent colleague experience from onboarding to development.
