Job description

MindCapture is seeking a proactive Talent & Business Consultant to enhance our recruitment and business development efforts within the life sciences and cleantech sectors. This role is perfect for individuals eager to kick-start their career in a dynamic, innovative environment. At MindCapture you have the opportunity to work withing a scale-up environment gettting in contact with all parts of the organisation!

What will you be doing:

As a Talent Consultant:

• Focus on identifying trends and talent pools within Life Sciences and Cleantech.
• Approach potential candidates through professional networks and social media.
• Manage the entire process from sourcing to hiring.
• Create and implement strategies specifically aimed at your focus areas.
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote MindCapture.

As a Business Consultant:

• Create new business opportunities by approaching both new and existing clients.
• Develop and execute business development strategies.
• Maintain and expand relationships with new and existing clients for ongoing growth.
• Negotiate favorable terms by leading effective contract discussions.
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Represent MindCapture at industry events to enhance networking and visibility.

Required competences & skills

Who are we looking for?

• You have a background in a scientific or technical field. An additional diploma in management is a plus
• You are entrepreneurial, analytically strong, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• You have 0-5 years of experience in business development or recruitment, preferably within Life Sciences or Cleantech.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, with knowledge of French being a plus.
