From managing end to end recruitment campaigns to identifying exceptional candidates and supporting workforce planning initiatives, no two days will be the same.

Working HoursThis is a hybrid role with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, and an early finish at 4:00 PM on Fridays. We also offer flexibility with hours and working from home availability to help you maintain a healthy work life balance.
Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment cycle for salaried positions, ensuring a seamless process from job posting to candidate placement.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and anticipate on going needs for seasonal uplifts.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, suitability and cultural fit.
- Ensure a strong candidate pipeline by managing talent pools for recurring roles.
- Coordinate and manage candidate onboarding, ensuring all admin, compliance and legal requirements are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with recruitment objectives.
- Utilise recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
- Thrives in a fast paced, growing environment, adapting quickly to change.
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within Food Manufacturing, FMCG or a similar fast paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the end to end recruitment process, including attraction, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes.
- A proactive, solutions oriented approach with a keen eye for detail and compliance.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
