Job Description
Role Overview 
Clio is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its EMEA Talent Acquisition team. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract based in Dublin.
Responsibilities- Build and nurture stakeholder relationships with EMEA teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure collaborative recruitment efforts.
- Own a robust candidate pipeline and lead full cycle recruitment, focusing primarily on strategic roles in Ireland and across EMEA.
- Partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies, meet quarterly hiring targets, and deliver a best in class candidate experience.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing and engagement strategies for active and passive talent.
- Align candidates with Clio's mission, values, and vision.
- Contribute to recruiting function improvement, introducing innovative practices and processes.
- Represent Clio with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity.
- 1-2 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high growth, high velocity environment.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets while balancing volume, quality, and speed.
- Data fluency: use of metrics and insights to drive decisions and process improvement.
- Consultative mindset: approach recruitment as a strategic partnership with thoughtful problem solving.
- Solid grounding in HR best practices with a commitment to compliance and fairness.
- Proficiency across multiple sourcing channels (inbound, outbound, referrals, events) and ability to build diverse, high quality pipelines.
- Experience engaging passive talent from sourcing to hire.
- Curiosity and growth mindset, keen interest in refining recruiting craft and leveraging AI tools.
- Bonus: experience championing diversity and inclusion initiatives, previous agency or in house SaaS experience, or Workday ATS familiarity.
