Job Description
We are delighted to confirm that we are seeking applications for the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist. Based at Dublin Airport and reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this is a Maternity Leave contract.
Responsibilities- Plan, co-ordinate and project manage our high-volume annual recruitment campaigns for cabin crew, flight crew and engineering
- Short-listing applications, conducting competency-based interviews and assessments, providing timely feedback to candidates, clients and recruitment agencies
- Reviewing and updating job descriptions.
- Build strong relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their business areas
- Partner closely with our 3rd party recruitment provider to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of the recruitment campaign
- Provide regular status update reports and metrics to leadership team
- Complete ad-hoc project work as required to achieve TA team objectives
- You will manage the on-boarding process, to include background checks, access cards, security clearance and mandatory induction training.
The successful candidate must:
- Have a primary degree in Human Resources or a related area and ideally be a member of the CIPD.
- Previous experience recruiting within aviation/crew recruitment desirable
- Have the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Be comfortable in advising and assisting line managers and colleagues on employee relations issues as and when they arise
- Be an ambitious, agile and honest individual committed to teamwork and excellence.
- Have proven work experience, at least 2 years, as an HR advisor with recruitment exposure or similar role
- Be practical and logical.
- Flexibility is key, as is a person who can think outside of the box, identify opportunities for improvement and provide solutions.
