Who You Are:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our HR team. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the business, as well as overseeing recruitment administration for all new hires.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

They will build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers and play an important role in ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. Experience within the life sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, or related industries, would be a distinct advantage.

What's Important:

3-4 years' previous experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role. Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented approach. Demonstrates initiative and a desire to continuously improve processes. A positive "can-do" attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to use initiative, solve problems, and make sound decisions. Personable, professional, and a confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and business requirements. Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Degree in HR, Business, or a related field is desirable. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

The Role:

Responsible for the complete end-to-end recruitment process through the Applicant Tracking System, including preparing and placing job advertisements, sourcing and screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screening interviews. Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure vacancies are filled efficiently. Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, direct sourcing, referrals, and talent networks. Prepare and manage all recruitment-related paperwork for new hires, including offers, contracts, references, and new employee documentation. Maintain and update employee records and documentation relating to new hires. Ensure all recruitment and onboarding documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company policies and relevant legislation.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Support the development and maintenance of talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs. Provide recruitment market insights and advice to hiring managers where appropriate. Provide regular reporting to the Senior HR Manager and Senior Leadership Team on recruitment activity, including key recruitment statistics, vacancy status, progress against hiring requirements, and relevant recruitment metrics. Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience. Ensure recruitment activities are carried out in a professional, consistent, and confidential manner.
