Financial Services Client is hiring for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing international organisation and support hiring across the UK & Ireland.

This is a hands-on role covering end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding, working closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.

Key requirements:
* 3-6 years Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience
* Strong experience recruiting Technology or Data and Analytics professionals
* Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies across different geographies
* Confident sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn, job boards, networking and AI tools
* Strong ATS, recruitment reporting and data analysis skills
* Experience managing recruitment agencies/PSLs
* Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills
* Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion in recruitment
