What You Need to Know: Here's an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a well-established HR team in Limerick, working with an organisation that values an inclusive recruitment approach and a strong partnership ethos.

This is a contract position up until the 1st of April 2027 and offers a hybrid working model.

Your New Job:

In this role, you'll handle the full recruitment process for roles ranging from entry-level to senior positions. You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues, using your expertise to deliver a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for designated areas, including high-volume and senior-level roles
• Advise business leaders on role requirements, workforce planning, and best practice selection methods
• Create and implement tailored recruitment strategies in line with business goals
• Utilise direct sourcing, networking, and agency management to attract top talent
• Review applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct competency-based interviews
• Offer guidance on offers and negotiations, collaborating with other HR teams
• Ensure accuracy in recruitment tracking, analytics, and reporting
• Analyse data to spot trends and support process enhancements
• Promote a positive and inclusive candidate journey throughout

What Are We Looking For?

• At least 12 months' recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
• Experience managing diverse and senior recruitment campaigns
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Solid communication and consulting abilities
• Knowledge of employment law and best recruitment practices
