Job Description

We are looking for aTalent Acquisition Specialist to join ourHRteam. You will own end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of functions,from technology and product to commercial and corporate,partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-quality, diverse pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3-6 years of in-house or agency recruiting experience who is ready to take on greater ownership, influence hiring strategy, and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of roles spanning multiple business functions, frominitialbriefing through to offer and onboarding handover.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job briefs, and align oncandidate profiles and assessment criteria.
  • Create accurate, engaging, and inclusive job descriptions and advertisements across relevant channels.
  • Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, networking, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Deliver a consistently positive andtimelycandidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Conductinitialscreening interviews and addstructured feedback to our ATS (Workable).
  • Manage offer processes includingcompensationbenchmarking, negotiation support, and pre-boarding communication.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them onbest-practiceinterviewing and assessment techniques.
  • Provide regular updates on role progress, market insights, and pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team on employer branding, talentprogrammes, and process improvements.
  • Maintainaccurateand up-to-date records in the ATS(Workable)throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and pipeline conversion rates.
  • Identifyopportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency and quality of hiring.
  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, either in-house or in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Demonstrable experience hiring across multiple functions (e.g. tech, commercial, operations, corporate).
  • Proficiencywith an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; comfortable working in data-driven recruitment workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills,able to influence, advise, and push back constructively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • A proactive, ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
