Job Description
We are partnering with a large multinational manufacturing organisation based in Kilkenny that is looking to add to its Talent Acquisition team. If you are a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Agency Recruiter with 2+ years' experience, ideally in a high volume role, then this is a great opportunity for you. This will be a contract until the end of the year, with great scope for a permanent contract or extension as they continue to grow. Hybrid working; 4 days onsite and 1 from home.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a high volume of roles, primarily operators.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Support recruitment initiatives including career fairs and regional hiring events.
- Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition and HR teams to support hiring strategies.
- Degree in a relevant discipline and 1-2 years of related work experience, ideally in a multinational/ high volume environment including agency recruitment.
- Experience supporting recruitment or HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work independently while collaborating with a wider TA team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
