Talent Acquisition Specialist

My Client a progressive organisation with deep expertise in engineering and infrastructure operating across Europe is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to support recruitment for large-scale infrastructure projects and play a key role in shaping the future workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to identify key roles and lead candidate negotiations

Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms including job boards and professional networks

Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external agencies

Keep recruitment trackers up to date with real-time progress and insights

Source candidates creatively using online channels and professional platforms

Screen CVs and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process

Oversee the full interview lifecycle, including post-interview feedback and offer management

Lead hiring meetings to assess pipeline health, hiring goals, and strategic workforce planning

Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates to meet future needs

Present detailed recruitment reports to leadership on hiring metrics and progress

Evaluate interview performance and align feedback with role requirements

Keep job descriptions current in partnership with hiring teams

Ensure timely turnaround on all recruitment communications and documentation

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years' experience in construction recruitment, either internal or agency

Full-cycle recruitment expertise with strong sourcing and selection skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

Exposure to hiring in Engineering or Construction sectors is highly desirable

Comfortable using various interview formats and ATS platforms

Strong organisation, multitasking, and prioritisation capabilities

Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations

Results-driven, energetic, and proactive in identifying recruitment solutions
