Job Title: Principal Go-to-Market Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: London or Cambridge
Employment Type: Full time - Hybrid (50/50 split)
As a Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist you will lead end to end hiring for EMEA Sales roles, with a primary focus on go to market positions. You will attract and hire diverse, high performance talent at pace and with quality, acting as a trusted advisor to Sales leaders and People Partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end to end recruitment for EMEA Sales positions, ensuring an inclusive candidate experience and adherence to the global TA process.
- Create compelling, on brand adverts and proactively source high calibre Sales talent, building strategic pipelines across priority segments using data driven, market led approaches.
- Co create hiring plans with Sales leaders and People Partners, coaching teams on structured, inclusive assessment and selection to support role calibration and hiring decisions.
- Provide actionable market intelligence and analyse TA data/funnel metrics to inform decisions, remove bottlenecks, and deliver clear insights and updates to stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales leaders to translate territory coverage needs into hiring plans, using ongoing territory and talent mapping to identify target talent pools and proactively build pipelines.
- Senior Talent Acquisition experience recruiting for Sales roles within EMEA, with depth in go to market hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnering skills; credible with senior Sales leaders.
- Excellent sourcing and networking capability; able to identify and engage top Sales talent proactively.
- Deep understanding of Sales profiles and assessment (quota carrying roles, sales cycles, segment/territory fit, competencies).
- Strong understanding of regional labour markets and ability to translate insights into hiring strategy.
- Experience in in house or corporate TA.
- Market knowledge across multiple EMEA countries.
- European language skills are a plus but not essential.
- Experience mentoring or coaching other recruiters and contributing to cross functional projects.
