Talent Acquisition Specialist - Fixed Term Contract

Cpl is looking for an experienced TA specialist on a fixed term contract onsite a client who is a global healthcare leader with leading products in diagnostic, medical devices, nutritional products and branded generic medicines. This is a full-time position with a requirement to be in the office 4 days a week in Clonmel.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle Recruitment from defining requirements to offer negotiation and hiring.
• Managing high volume of applications within life sciences, finance and business support.
• Provide strategic market data and research.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and have experience in leveraging various recruiting channels, job boards etc.
• Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders: hiring managers, HR, TA colleagues etc.
• Maintaining the use of the internal ATS and providing reports when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year recruitment experience in high volume environment.
• Ideally have recruitment experience in life science/medical devices.
• Worked in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to details.
• Strong record of sourcing via tools and networks
• Strong assessment skills to assess candidates' capabilities and experience.
• Tech savvy and had previously worked with an ATS ideally Workday.
