Talent Acquisition Specialist - Early Years (Ireland)

Busy Bees Ireland seeks a Recruitment Officer to attract, engage, and onboard early years professionals across our centres. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working with Directors to create a seamless candidate experience reflecting our values.

You will partner with Operations Managers on workforce planning, maintain recruitment trackers, analyse data, and support employer branding across Ireland and Europe.
