UPMC Ireland have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter to join our HR Team. Our ideal candidate will be a strategic talent acquisition expert who will be responsible for managing hiring end to end, sourcing and attracting quality talent and managing stakeholder relationships. We are looking for an engaging individual to join our dynamic high performing talent acquisition team with a strong focus on direct hiring. This role will be based in our HR Shared Service Centre in our Kilkenny office. Our Talent Acquisition Senior recruiter will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of roles and will support our TA team recruiting regionally across all our UPMC locations. The ideal candidate will be part of our scale and continued growth. We have a focus on improving our candidate experience and journey. This role is an onsite based position with hybrid working options available. The successful candidate will report into our Senior Talent Acquisition Lead.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:- Building stakeholder partnerships with internal hiring managers to provide effective full cycle recruitment.
- Sourcing potential employees both domestic and internationally via your professional LinkedIn network, through UPMC social media, our in-house applicant tracking system Cornerstone HRDirect and partnering with external recruitment partners where necessary.
- Agency Vendor & Supplier Management.
- Ensuring vacancies are promoted effectively to reach multiple pools of diverse talent.
- Managing the entire recruitment cycle and process, including resume screening, and interviewing to determine cultural fit.
- Conducting interviews and supporting hiring managers to conduct their hiring process.
- Drive & manage the offer process in conjunction with hiring manager & HR Business partner.
- Partner with our Director of Human Resources and broader HR Business Partnering Team on the goals of the people function.
- Support talent management initiatives in partnership with the broader HR team as required.
- Ensure all hiring managers understand recruitment policies and ways of working. Produce key recruitment metrics and provide reporting information in conjunction with the wider HR team when needed.
- Support the employee onboarding process development and delivery.
- Work with Marketing and Communications to develop Employer Brand initiatives linked to Talent Attraction for our LinkedIn platform.
- Liaise with recruitment agency vendors and preferred supplier panels.
- Global mobility (permit & visa management) and relocation assistance; sourcing and managing direct and agency sourced overseas talent.
- Externally represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
- At least 3 - 5 years experience working in recruitment, with experience in Health Sector preferably.
- Strategic sourcing ideally proficient in LinkedIn recruiter sourcing projects.
- Relationship building and collaboration skills and the ability to communicate and deal with strong personalities.
- Attention to detail & analytical capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise accordingly in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements. IT skills, proficiency in: MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook.
- Previous ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Management experience. UPMC Ireland's HRIS & ATS is Cornerstone HR Direct.
- Our desired candidate will have worked with a similar ATS - Workday, Greenhouse, Occupop, ICIMS.
- Infographics/organisational structures/workflow productions.
- Time & Attendance Management System, Cornerstone or People XD Access.
- Degree or master's in human resources or related discipline desirable.
- Chartered CIPD membership is an advantage.
- Experience: Healthcare sector experience is a distinct advantage.
