Job Description
About the Role

Position: Talent Acquisition Resourcer - Business Services (12 month fixed term contract) at Knight Frank. The role supports hiring across Business Services functions such as technology, modelling & intelligence, digital, marketing & communications, people, finance, tax, risk, legal, corporate ESG, office of transformation and executive office. You will build talent pipelines, screen candidates, partner with senior TA, provide market insights, and support workforce planning and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Strategy - proactively source high quality candidates across Business Services functions; build & maintain talent pipelines; engage passive talent via LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping and targeted search; partner with TA to shape sourcing strategies; support BAU and transformation hiring.
  • Screening & Candidate Management - screen CVs, conduct initial outreach, support early stage qualification, assessment and shortlisting; manage candidate engagement throughout the process; maintain communication with live and pipeline candidates; build long term relationships.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Commercial Support - partner with senior TA partner; build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders; support specialist, senior, and business critical roles; provide updates on pipeline health, market conditions and candidate availability; contribute insights for hiring decisions.
  • Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy - support workforce planning activities; contribute talent mapping and market insight; identify skills gaps and succession requirements; support hiring aligned to transformation initiatives; provide data and insights for business planning.
  • Recruitment Operations & Systems - maintain accurate candidate records in ATS (Workday); manage job postings, applications, interview coordination and pipeline tracking; ensure compliance; support reporting on recruitment activity.
  • Strategic Projects & Employer Branding - support strategic hiring initiatives and recruitment campaigns; contribute employer branding and talent attraction; assist with events, early talent programmes, talent mapping projects and DE&I initiatives; provide recommendations to improve hiring approaches.
Skills & Experience
  • Recruitment resourcing experience (in house, agency, or coordination).
  • Experience recruiting across Business Services or corporate functions.
  • Strong sourcing capability and experience building talent pipelines for specialist or hard to fill roles.
  • Experience supporting recruitment in transformation environments (on shoring/off shoring).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Workday desirable).
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working with data, market insight and recruitment reporting.
