Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: West Midlands (with onsite attendance 1-2 days per week as required)
Day Rate: £200 - £250 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Length: Initial 4-8 weeks with likely extensions
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to provide interim support, managing experienced-hire recruitment end-to-end on a 360 basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of delivering high-quality permanent recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering end-to-end (360) recruitment for experienced hires (permanent roles)
- Partnering closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Developing and delivering recruitment plans
- Creating and managing job adverts across appropriate channels
- Longlisting and shortlisting CVs against role requirements
- Arranging and coordinating interviews, supporting managers through the process
- Managing candidate workflows via an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - ideally TribePad
About You
- Proven experience in internal talent acquisition or in-house recruitment
- Strong background in experienced-hire permanent recruitment, managing roles from brief to offer
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience using an ATS, preferably TribePad
- Public Sector recruitment experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Ideally based in the West Midlands, with the flexibility to attend the office as required
