How you'll make an impactAs our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in keeping our recruitment function running smoothly while senior leaders focus on strategic priorities. You'll:
- Own and deliver business as usual recruitment activity, partnering with hiring managers across the organisation
- Act as the day to day operational lead for our RPO partner, resolving delivery issues and driving continuous improvement
- Provide expert recruitment advice, including job design, assessment approaches, interview packs and best practice hiring
- Ensure fair, consistent and high quality selection using structured assessment and evidence based decision making
- Support the rollout of a new skills database, working with Learning & Development and external partners to embed a skills first approach

What you'll bringWe don't mind where you gained your experience-what matters is confidence, capability and impact. You'll bring:
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role, managing end to end hiring
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge, advise and influence
- Experience working with RPO or external recruitment suppliers
- A structured, organised approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A passion for fair, inclusive and high quality recruitment
Experience with talent management or skills based workforce approaches is a plus, but not essential.
