• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress.

• Stay up to date with market trends and recruitment best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition partner should have:

• Experience in recruitment, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• A strong understanding of hiring processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
