Job Description

This role leads the full early-careers recruitment cycle-building talent pipelines, coordinating activity across multiple offices, and delivering high-quality events, attraction activity, and assessment centres. It's a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused position where you'll shape incoming talent while ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience from first contact to offer.

We're partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit an experienced Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their collaborative, fast-paced Early Careers team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, shaping talent pipelines, and creating exceptional candidate experiences across multiple UK offices. This role is based in Birmingham City Centre.

Description

  • Building, managing and nurturing high-quality talent pipelines
  • Coordinating graduate hiring activity across multiple teams and UK locations
  • Hosting and supporting careers events, insight sessions and university engagement
  • Designing and running selection processes and assessment centres
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless end-to-end process
  • Helping shape the next generation of future talent in a people-centric, high-touch environment

Profile

  • Early careers recruitment experience
  • Previous experince of working in a professional services environment
  • Confidence running events, assessment centres and large-scale attraction activities
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes at pace
  • A proactive, relationship-driven approach with excellent communication skills
  • Someone who can hit the ground running and thrive in a busy, high-visibility role

Job Offer

  • Salary up to £52,000
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office (Birmingham City Centre)
