Talent Acquisition Partner - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

We have an exciting opportunity to join our People & Culture Team as a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 9 Month Contract. We are looking for an ambitious and motivated person to become a key part of our established inhouse Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play an integral role in shaping and delivering impactful Talent Acquisition that support our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead Intact Insurance and 123.ie's talent acquisition needs; develop and execute innovative and creative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent and build diverse pipelines of short to medium to long term applicants.
  • Work as a strategic partner with the business to ensure that present and future talent gaps are identified and targeted to address the company's strategy and goals.
  • Present insightful TA statistics at leadership meetings using data and market insights to inform TA strategies.
  • Partner with the TA Manager to run all Intern and Graduate recruitment, representing Intact Insurance and 123.ie at Careers Fairs and Universities/PLCs while promoting Intact Insurance and 123.ie as an Employer of Choice.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience; proactively collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure best practice and a top-class onboarding and induction experience for all involved.
  • Ensure a DEI lens is applied to all areas of TA, and in the development of a future fit TA strategy ensure that any new partnerships with diverse 3rd party suppliers are established and sustained around a collective ET vision.
  • In a BAU capacity and in being responsible for filling roles from Contact Centre through to the more niche roles; advertising vacancies on jobs boards, scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews across the 123.ie and Intact Insurance business, liaising with candidates throughout the interview process, updating candidate data on Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinating preemployment and onboarding checks for new hires, creating and maintaining employee files, issuing new hire contracts of employment, training new People Leader on the recruitment workflow and ATS.
  • Ensure that all TA activities are completed in respect of TA budgets and metrics, internal controls and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of meaningful experience in a HR Capacity, preferably experience in Talent
  • Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong project and change management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships across the business regardless of the level of
  • employees.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask while managing deadlines, perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Proven ability to lead projects to timely completion with confidentiality and integrity.
  • High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
