As a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner with business leaders to develop targeted hiring strategies and drive recruitment efforts aligned with ORAC's goals. You will manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will focus on building a strong employer brand, managing talent pools, and fostering relationships with external partners to attract top talent.
Ready to become part of it?
- You will be the hands-on point of contact for talent acquisition for all non-commercial roles in our Oostende office, focusing on white-collar and occasionally blue-collar positions.
- You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop hiring plans, provide expertise on sourcing, selection, and interviews.
- You will own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to managing pipelines, tracking metrics, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers with clear communication and smooth transitions.
- You will lead recruitment campaigns, using social media and other platforms to promote ORAC's employer brand and engage top talent.
- You will ensure an exceptional candidate experience, making candidates feel valued throughout the recruitment process.
- You will contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, helping shape ORAC's recruitment strategy.
This is how we describe you
- Act and think on a Master Level.
- At least 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition inhouse.
- With a track record of building relationships and influencing at all levels.
- A strong attention to detail and a passion for finding the top talent in the market.
- Proficient using a range of digital platforms and social channels.
- Someone who thrives in a team and leaves a positive impact
- Takes pride in their work and is self-starting, enterprising and hands-up mentality
- Fluent in Dutch and English, any other European language is more than welcome.
