Talent Acquisition Lead: High-Volume Ops & AI Hiring

Lendable Ltd is seeking a Talent Manager to own end-to-end hiring across the Operations function, including Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime and Customer Operations, and to lead a small team of Talent Partners. You will partner with hiring managers to build strong pipelines in a high-volume, always-on business area in a hybrid working model.

You will operate as a business partner, guiding stakeholder conversations, using data to inform decisions, and scaling processes as volume grows.
