We're hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition (Amazon & E-com Talent) to take full ownership of recruiting across GNO and our client brands.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes talent acquisition. Your focus will be:
- Running all LinkedIn recruiting ads for internal roles
- Screening and filtering inbound applicants
- Finding and headhunting elite Amazon operators (top 0.1 percent)
- Conducting first-round interviews
- Managing hiring pipelines for internal roles and client Brand Manager placements

Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize all LinkedIn recruiting ads for internal roles
- Screen and filter inbound applicants for Brand Managers, Consultants, Sales roles, and other internal positions
- Review and sort resumes for Brand Manager roles hired on behalf of our clients
- Conduct structured first-round interviews to ensure only top candidates move forward
- Proactively headhunt high-tier talent on LinkedIn, Recruiter, job boards, and communities
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of Amazon and e-commerce professionals
- Collaborate with leadership to define role profiles and ideal candidate criteria
- Improve and streamline the recruitment funnel, screening process, and candidate tracking
- Keep detailed and organized candidate pipelines across multiple open roles
- Must have experience recruiting Amazon or e-commerce talent
- Experience hiring roles such as: Brand Managers, PPC Managers, Consultants, Account Managers, Operators
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong background in sourcing and headhunting high-skill talent
- Excellent screening ability and understanding of Amazon-specific experience
- Confident conducting structured interviews
- Excellent English communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and talent sourcing platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple roles simultaneously
