Talent Acquisition Lead - 12-Month Contract

SURI in London seeks a senior HR leader to build recruitment from scratch, establish processes, candidate experience and assessment standards. You will report to the Co-Founder & CCO, with a dotted line to the HR Manager, and work with leadership across commercial, marketing, product, operations and international teams.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential to transition to permanent, owning end-to-end searches and global sourcing strategy.
