Zurich Insurance Company Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Generalist for a 6 month fixed term contract to support hiring delivery across Zurich Ireland. This role would suit someone with a solid foundation in recruitment or TA, strong sourcing and coordination capability, and who is ready to grow their experience in a fast-paced in house environment.
This role may be available part time or full time. We want the best people for our roles and recognise that sometimes those people aren't available full time. Please discuss your flexibility during the interview.
The OpportunityThis contract role will support recruitment delivery and TA operations during a busy period for the team. The successful candidate will bring prior recruitment experience, confidence coordinating hiring activity, good sourcing skills, and the ability to manage recruitment administration, contractor set up, visa coordination and TA systems activity with pace and accuracy.
Your Role- Provide end to end Talent Acquisition support across the recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, candidates and recruiters to deliver a smooth and efficient process.
- Support hiring activity across a range of roles, including sourcing, screening, pipeline development and market mapping.
- Use LinkedIn and other channels to support proactive sourcing and help build talent pipelines for key roles.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications and stakeholder engagement to ensure a professional and responsive hiring experience.
- Support TA operations including systems administration, contractor set up, visa coordination, offer documentation and compliance tracking.
- Maintain accurate TA data, reporting and governance standards while identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment or a related HR support role.
- Good sourcing capability, including LinkedIn search, talent mapping or candidate pipelining.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
- High attention to detail with strong administration, systems and compliance discipline.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a candidate focused approach.
- Confidence working with recruitment systems, reporting and TA processes.
- Relevant third level qualification in HR, business or a related discipline, or progress towards CIPD.
- Some prior experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment coordination or a related HR role.
- Experience supporting sourcing activity and using LinkedIn or similar tools would be an advantage.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office is required; Taleo experience would be an advantage.
Work location is Wexford or Blackrock, Co. Dublin. Occasional travel may be required to other Zurich locations. Hybrid working will be facilitated as part of our way of working.
