Talent Acquisition Executive - Hybrid & Campaigns Lead

SSP Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition team and HR to deliver efficient, timely hiring aligned with business needs.

You will own recruitment campaigns, manage employer branding, direct source candidates, reduce agency reliance, and support Head Office hiring with proactive talent pipelines and excellent candidate experience.
