This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *Leading early careers recruitment campaigns from attraction to offer*.

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Early Careers Recruitment & Engagement Lead to manage and deliver early careers programs across internships, apprenticeships, and graduate recruitment. You'll design engaging candidate experiences, run end-to-end recruitment processes, and partner closely with business and HR teams to attract top early career talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead early careers recruitment campaigns from attraction to offer.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and shape recruitment strategies.

  • Manage and improve the candidate experience across all early career programs.

  • Coach and support the Early Careers team on recruitment best practices.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and strong candidate relationships.

  • Ensure accurate data and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in early careers recruitment (interns, graduates, or apprentices).

  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience using ATS platforms (iCIMS preferred).

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with global teams.
