Job Description
The Role

PE Global are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our client based in Sligo OR Mayo. This is an initial 12-month contract role, hybrid working options.

Job Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage interview calendars and room bookings (virtual and in-person)
  • Send interview confirmations, calendar invites, and follow-up communications
  • Prepare interview packs and ensure interviewers have relevant candidate information
  • Track candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidate scheduling queries
  • Support onboarding administration for successful candidates
Education & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience using calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar)
