Job Description
The Role 
PE Global are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our client based in Sligo OR Mayo. This is an initial 12-month contract role, hybrid working options.
Job Responsibilities- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage interview calendars and room bookings (virtual and in-person)
- Send interview confirmations, calendar invites, and follow-up communications
- Prepare interview packs and ensure interviewers have relevant candidate information
- Track candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Act as the main point of contact for candidate scheduling queries
- Support onboarding administration for successful candidates
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Experience using calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar)
