Our client is a dynamic, forward thinking consultancy that prides itself on creating an environment where people feel empowered, supported, and genuinely excited about the work they do. As they are going through a period of growth, they're looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their team on a FTC basis. This role offers a great hybrid set up with one day a week based in either their London or Oxford office!
About the RoleThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of getting things done. You'll work closely with a mix of internal teams, helping to connect people, streamline workflows, and make sure things run smoothly. You'll be a trusted partner across the organisation, It's a role where you'll have visibility, responsibility, and the chance to grow your skillset quickly.
Key responsibilities include:- Organising interviews across various teams
- Acting as a link between teams, ensuring communication flows clearly and efficiently and building strong relationships with the Executive Support team
- Lead on process improvement for the recruitment coordination function
- Helping identify opportunities for improvement and bringing forward ideas to enhance processes within the recruitment coordination function
- Arranging pre and post interview calls
- Monitoring recruitment inbox and calendar
We're looking for someone who is able to work in a busy environment where priorities can shift quickly. You'll be someone who can build relationships with internal stakeholders aswell as having top level attention to detail. You enjoy taking ownership, building relationships, and being seen as a reliable point of contact for colleagues. Anyone coming from a busy administration background or with previous experience as a Talent Acquisition coordinator would be a great fit!
You will bring:- Experience working in a similar role or in a fast paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A natural ability to build relationships and communicate clearly with different stakeholders
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A proactive, solutions focused mindset
- Confidence using common tools such as Microsoft Office or similar platforms
- A positive, can do attitude and a willingness to contribute beyond your core responsibilities
