This is an admin-focused role at the centre of our frontline recruitment, supporting Sales Assistant hiring across Crown Decorative Centre (CDC) stores nationwide. You'll be based in our Darwen office with the opportunity for hybrid working. The coordinator who keeps hiring moving This role provides day-to-day coordination support to Store Managers and the TA Partner, ensuring every stage of the recruitment journey flows efficiently. From drafting and posting adverts to managing applications, scheduling interviews, and issuing offers, attention to detail and organisation are key.Simultaneously, it plays a meaningful role in crafting the employer's brand. By contributing to social media attraction campaigns and supporting the use of brand assets, the role helps Crown Paints stand out as an employer of choice. What this role delivers: Coordination of end-to-end recruitment for Sales Assistants across the UK Management of the recruitment inbox and updates for Store Managers Drafting, posting, and sourcing candidates through adverts, job boards and outreach Scheduling interviews and supporting candidate communication Contribution to social media attraction campaigns and employer brand activity What's needed to succeed: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Clear written communication for adverts and candidate correspondence Familiarity with social media and interest in employer branding Basic content creation skills with tools such as Canva or Adobe Express A collaborative, adaptable approach with focus on the candidate experience More than filling roles - shaping how we're seen At Crown Paints, part of the global Hempel Group, this position is central to keeping recruitment on track while also supporting how we present ourselves to future talent.
