We'renow looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to support our GTM / Commercial functions. This is a high impact, strategic role whereyou'llpartner with senior leaders to shape hiring plans, influence decisions, and deliver exceptional talent outcomes.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Birmingham HQ, with the expectation that the successful candidate will attend the office 2-3 times per week.
What You Will DoYou'll support SVPs across ourcommercialfunction, hiring across a broad range of roles from SDR through to VP level. This is a role that blends hands on delivery withstrategicownershipas youdefine how we go to market for talent, moving beyond traditional approaches to build data-led, multi-channel hiring strategies that deliver real impact.
Own end-to-end recruitment across GTM roles (SDR to VP)
Improve hiring processes and assessment methods
Use data and insight to influence decisions and improve outcomes
Drive transparency and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Balance speedandqualityin a highimpact commercial environment
Experienced in GTM / commercial recruitment, ideally within SaaS or tech
Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of what great commercial talent looks like
Experience improving recruitment processes or hiring strategies
Datadriven and commercially minded
Comfortable operating in a fastpaced, evolving environment
