About The Role
This role is a 12-month FTC and requires 3 days per week
The Talent Acquisition Partner is a hybrid/onsite role within a first-class team responsible for day-to-day RPO services, including direct recruiting for one of the world's leading financial groups. The TAP will report to the Talent Acquisition Perm Manager.

The TAP is responsible for managing the full recruitment process for all vacancies, partnering with hiring managers to define job descriptions, timelines, and budgets, and presenting suitable recruitment strategies in line with company processes.
The role involves sourcing candidates, participating actively in the selection process, and understanding the client's business needs and culture to guide hiring managers effectively.
The TAP should also develop a strong network of external contacts and stay informed about market trends to identify potential future candidates.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop candidate search strategies
- Actively approach candidates, explain roles, and coordinate interview processes
- Provide hands-on support including screening calls, attending interviews, and ensuring smooth interview days
- Research market trends, create target lists, and maintain a candidate pipeline
- Ensure clear communication with internal clients and candidates throughout the process
- Participate in ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by management
