How we work:We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office address is 15 George's Quay, 1st Floor, Dublin, D02 VR98.
The impact you will have:- Sourcing Talent: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and industry networks to engage candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth logistics and clear communication.
- System Management: Update and manage candidate data in SuccessFactors and monitor key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill).
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the company's values and culture while engaging talent across all functions.
- Compliance & Policy Alignment: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to internal policies and employment laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and digital sourcing tools.
- Prior experience in an agency environment is beneficial but not required.
- Educated to graduate level or equivalent experience.

- Final HR interview with Recruitment.
